The traditional bread migas are the star of a video made by 9th grade students from Alcoutim, which aimed to make known a typical recipe from the municipality.
The project was promoted by the Alcoutim School Libraries and by Associação Alcance, within the scope of the CLDS-4G project “Raízes para o Futuro”, more specifically the subproject “What would you eat, Avô / Avó?”, «in which the intention is to collect recipes traditions of the municipality of Alcoutim and, in this way, get to know the gastronomy of the region».
«The work carried out by the School Library Team involved the students of the 9th grade class who researched, prepared the video script and proceeded with its audio recording», added the project's promoters.
