Faro will host this Saturday, January 7th, another edition of the Grande Prêmio dos Reis, which already has 50 editions, and the 6th edition of the Grande Corrida da Água.
The Prêmio dos Reis, a test of the historical importance of regional athletics, will bring together athletes of national and international importance, integrating this year the Regional Road Championship.
The Grande Corrida da Água, a competition of a playful and competitive nature, will be for non-federated athletes and will have the motto “Drink Water from Faro".
The test, promoted by the City Council of Faro, Associação de Atletismo do Algarve and FAGAR E. M, will start and finish at Jardim Manuel Bivar and will pass through the old town, Largo de São Francisco, Praça da Pontinha and Rua de Santo António.
