Nuno Pereira, who is a finalist student of the Restaurant and Beverage Management course, at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Portimão, won, on the 12th of January, the V edition of the Festival de Cocktails do Oeste.
The student was challenged to create a cocktail with regional ingredients.
This edition, which returned this year after a period of interregnum caused by the pandemic, had a record number of entries: 27 in total, from the various professional schools in the country.
Throughout the day of the competition, «the participants had the opportunity to participate in tastings, workshops and moments of conversation and sharing of experiences», says the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Portimão.
The event was organized by students of the Restaurant and Beverage Management course, in the 3rd semester.
