The Real Tuna Infantina (Mista Academic Tuna of the University of Algarve) has just launched a fundraising campaign for the realization of the XV MISTUNA, scheduled for April 15th.
The festival will take place in the Great Auditorium of the Campus de Gambelas, in Faro, in the year in which the Algarve tuna celebrates its 28th anniversary.
With the aim of «keeping the academic tradition of the University of the Algarve alive», Real Tuna Infantina holds this event that welcomes tunas from all over the country.
MISTUNA (Festival of Mixed Tunas of the University of Algarve) was born in 2000 and already has 14 editions.
«With the enormous desire to show the world our Algarve Luar, we rolled up our sleeves and gave life to what would be the first Mixed Tunas Festival in the Algarve. This year, for its 15th edition, we partnered with Plutão de Verão in the organisation, to make this the most memorable MISTUNA», say the students.
