W Algarve was chosen in the “Luxury Lifestyle Resort” category for the Southern Europe region, at the World Luxury Awards 2022, which recognize Hotels, Spas, Restaurants and Travel Establishments worldwide.
The awards are presented on a national, regional, continental and global basis, and the winners are selected by online public voting, «providing true recognition that reflects the hard work and dedication shown by the staff», stresses W Algarve.
The annual gala, which announces the winners, took place on October 22nd at Swandor Topkapi Palace, Antalya, Turkey.
“Many factors play a determining role in choosing the winner; brand, design, unique facilities and overall guest satisfaction, which are reflected in the votes received during the three-week annual voting period,” said Jana Stoman, executive manager of the World Luxury Awards.
Perched atop the cliffs of the Albufeira coastline, W Algarve opened last June, «offering a blend of beachside relaxation with exuberant energy».
