Cinemalua will resume its regular sessions at Cineteatro São Brás de Alportel, in October, with the Winter Sessions program, for the 3rd edition.
The programming will continue to be structured in regular sessions, special sessions and cinema cycles.
The regular sessions, to be held every Monday at 19:15, focus on the current situation of national and international cinematographic production, showing recently premiered films.
In the special sessions, integrated in the regular sessions, a selection of remarkable films in the history of cinema will predominate, under the heading Works of Reference. In addition to the regular sessions, there will be Film Cycles.
In November, an extension of the 30th edition of the Curtas Vila do Conde International Film Festival is expected with the presentation of three sessions: “Best of Curtas Vila do Conde” (session composed, for the most part, with the award-winning of the Festival's National and International competitions, “Curtinhas” (session dedicated to the youngest, with films for the whole family) and “My Generation” (session of the competition dedicated to teenagers).
In March, it is agreed to hold the 2nd edition of the program “Vamos Todos ai Cinema”, dedicated to the school community of the Municipality of São Brás de Alportel and other Municipalities.
«The 1st edition was attended by 1.451 participants from the school community of the Municipality of São Brás de Alportel, including Students, Teachers, Assistants and other interested parties», the organization said in a note.
The first regular session takes place on 3 October at 19:15 pm.
