The series of concerts «Classic in Cacela» returns on the 7th, 11th, 18th and 19th of August, at 21 pm, with «intimate» shows in Cacela Velha and Santa Rita, in the municipality of Vila Real de Santo António.
In this 11th edition, “Clássica” brings two concerts to the church of Cacela Velha and two concerts to the Ermida de Santa Rita, under the theme «Twentieth Century».
In Cacela Velha, Pedro Ribeiro Rodrigues (guitar) and Isabel Vaz (cello) will take the stage on August 7th, and Rui Mourinho (guitar) and João Lourenço (transverse flute), on the 11th.
The Ermida de Santa Rita welcomes Teresa Matias (bevel flute) on the 18th and 19th.
The music cycle «Classical in Cacela» is organized by the Municipality of Vila Real de Santo António, in collaboration with Algartes – Association for the promotion and development of classical music in the Algarve, with the support of the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve.
