It will be four days, with four stages and «different musical styles». The Ameixial Summer Fest takes place from the 12th to the 15th of August, with the aim of «attracting hundreds of people» to the Algarve countryside.
concerts, one sunset with live music, a pool party at Espelho de Água da Seiceira to the sound of DJ's, light shows, dances, gastronomy, handicrafts and regional products, inflatables for children, face painting, traditional games, comedy, hiking and night mountain biking are some of the proposals.
On Friday, 12 August, and Saturday, 13, the stages will be set up in the Fonte da Seiceira picnic area.
Cristiano Martins will pass by them on the 12th, which precedes a concert by the “Ganda Banda” on the main stage.
On Saturday, August 13, entitled the Youth Day, the program proposals are very varied and include, in addition to several games during the afternoon at Fonte da Seiceira, with performances by Catarina Cavaco, who will liven up the sunset with the best covers of national and international pop music. After dinner, there will be musical entertainment and dance by M&M.
However, the great moments of the night of the 13th of August are reserved for the passage through the main stage of “Iris”.
After the concert, the night ends with a pool party at Espelho de Água da Seiceira, with the Bubba Brothets.
On the 14th, the festivities change location and schedule and move to the Forno Stage, where the traditions of yore will be rescued through the “bailarico” and the food and drinks in this iconic space of the village.
That night, the animation is in charge of Nelson Santos.
«On the 15th, and as it is an annual fair, we intend to rescue the traditional dancing matinees. So on that day, the festivities pass through the Church Stage, where a fun comedy show will take place with the Algarvie Marafade and where there will be musical animation in charge of Filipe Romão», says the organization.
Ameixial Summer Fest is organized by Grupo Desportivo Ameixialense and has the support of the Parish Council of Ameixial and the Loulé City Council.
