The “Summer Markets” and “Summer Animation” are back at Altura this summer to liven up the nights from today, July 6th.
The initiative, which aims to promote and enhance local culture and products, is organized by the Municipality of Castro Marim, in collaboration with the Parish Council of Altura.
«The Mercadinhos, which take place every night, offer a display of the best local products and delicacies, such as honey, nuts, salt and salt flower from Castro Marim, a huge variety of sweets, modern and traditional crafts, with contract work, basketwork or bobbin lace, and even vegetables», emphasizes the Municipality of Castro Marim in a press release.
In addition, there will also be “Summer Animation”, which offers small concerts, almost always on Wednesdays, at 21 pm, in the Leisure Zone, next to Avenida 30 de Junho.
