Bruno Santos was reappointed as 2nd Commander of the Municipal Fire Department of Olhão – a position renewed by António Miguel Pina, mayor of Olhão, last week.
At the inauguration ceremony, the mayor praised the professionalism and dedication of the 2nd Commander, reinforcing his complete confidence in the current command structure.
Bruno Santos has been a professional firefighter since 2002, graduated in Sociology from the University of Algarve and has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the same University. The firefighter has held the position of 2nd Commander since 2017, and now his commission has been renewed for another five years.
The inauguration took place in a symbolic ceremony, in the Salão Nobre dos Paços do Concelho.
