Baja de Loulé is back and takes place on the 28th and 29th of May

The race also passes through the municipalities of Tavira and Alcoutim

Baja de Loulé 2022 will revive the roads of Serra do Caldeirão on the 28th and 29th of May. 

The race is the second oldest on the national off-road calendar and scores for the national championships for cars, motorcycles, SSV and quads.

This year, the event starts with a 5,4 kilometer prologue, outlined around the Algarve Stadium, which will house the Operational Center and the Assistance Park for vehicles in competition.

In the two days of testing, the currents are expected to cover 300 kilometers, and they will pass through a 40 kilometer section that has not been used for many years.

Baja de Loulé 2022 is organized by Clube Automóvel do Algarve, under the aegis of the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation and the Portuguese Motorcycling Federation with the support of the municipalities of Loulé, Tavira and Alcoutim and active collaboration of the Parish Councils of Salir , Ameixial and Cachopo and also the partner Medronhito do Caldeirão.

From now on, the areas where the public will be able to watch the machines passing in competition will also be announced.
