Oysters, anchovy, cod, octopus, cuttlefish or squid. 20 restaurants in the municipality of Tavira will participate, from the 20th of May to the 12th of July, in another Sea Gastronomy Festival.
The establishments are located in Cabanas, Santa Luzia and Tavira.
«The appreciation of traditional cuisine, characteristic of the classification of the Mediterranean Diet as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, in line with the wisdom and mastery of chefs and cooks define this Festival», says the Chamber of Tavira.
