The 23rd Caldeirada e do Mar Festival, which takes place from the 27th to the 29th of May, has open registration for participating restaurants until the 8th of April.
«Restaurants in Armação de Pêra may join, and must ensure on their menus, during the days of the festival, a dish of stew (preferably) or dishes typical of the region with the use of seafood from this village, as well as integrate, at least, a Silves Wine and desserts made with local products, namely with Silves orange», explains the Silves Chamber.
Restaurant membership must be done by completing and signing the registration form and the rules for participation available. here
The documents must be sent to the email [email protected] or delivered to the Tourism sector of the Municipality of Silves.
