At the Flor de Sal restaurant, there is an international menu, while at the Ria restaurant you will find healthier options for both breakfast and lunch (and buffet style). For dinner, this restaurant has fine dining options with flavors inspired by Portuguese, Algarve and Ria Formosa food.
