Professors Leonor Faustino and Óscar Ribeiro, from the Dr. Francisco Fernandes Lopes, from Olhão, participated in the «Life2022 Shadowing Experience», which took place in the city of Rovaniemi (Finland).
This mobility under the Erasmus+ Project “AEFFL Navigating to Success” was “the first of many others to come with the aim of providing the Group’s teachers with the opportunity to undertake international training leading to their professional growth and the an improvement in the degree of development of students' learning».
During the international event, in Finland, teachers had the opportunity to get in touch with the Finnish education system, to experience curriculum development in schools of different levels of education, as well as to develop collaborative work with other participants from various European countries. and outside Europe such as the US or even Israel and Bahrain.
From the experience, «teachers acquired and deepened a set of skills within the framework of curriculum development methodologies aimed at the skills of the XNUMXst century student, curriculum management, school management and administration, as well as establishing international contacts that may, in the medium term, and long term, result in international working partnerships».
Returning to the Grouping of Schools, the teachers will develop a dissemination session of the education meeting in order to promote the sharing of experiences and acquired competences with the other teachers of the Group.
