Algarve Indebted Consumer Support Office opened in Faro

The Office works on the premises of the Algarve Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center

The Support Office for Indebted Consumers in the Algarve has already opened in Faro. The service is confidential and free. 

This office's mission is to advise and monitor bank customers (consumers) within the scope of the action plans for the risk of default (PARI) and the extrajudicial procedure for settling default situations (PERSI), including their application to contracts of credit that benefited from bank moratoriums that ended on 31 December 2021.

The Office operates at the premises of the Algarve Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center, on Avenida 5 de Outubro, in Faro.
