The Mediterranean Gardening Spring Fair takes place on the 26th and 27th of March, at the Estoi monthly market (Faro).
For the first time, the initiative will take place over two days, «giving visitors more time to enjoy the variety of plants available in safe conditions».
According to the organization, in charge of the Association of Plants and Gardens in Mediterranean Climates, “native plants and seeds of native plants, ornamental and pot plants, as well as rare plants from arid and tropical areas will be on sale”.
You will also find “fruit trees, aromatic herbs and a wide variety of succulents suitable for the garden and for pots”.
If you are interested in a specific plant, it will also be possible to pre-order it for collection during the fair.
“This is an opportunity to buy the most suitable plants for your garden and benefit from the advice and guidance of experienced nursery owners.”
The event will have more space than the Autumn Fair and will have a catering service.
This initiative will take place from 10 am to 00 pm, on both days, with admission costing 16 euro.
