Under-14 football teams from clubs from ten countries, including Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, PSV Eindhoven, Sporting CP and Sporting de Braga, will participate in the Portimão International Cup, which will be played between Friday and Sunday, November 19th and 21st, at the Major David Neto Training Center and at the Mexilhoeira Grande Sports Complex.
Altogether, 18 teams will participate in the first edition of this tournament, «with observers from some clubs being expected, who will monitor the performance of hundreds of young international promises that will evolve on the council's two synthetic pitches, coming from France, Italy, Poland, Sweden , United States of America, Finland, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, Denmark», without forgetting Portugal and, of course, the Algarve, which will be represented by the youth teams of Portimonense, Olhanense and Mexilhoeira Grande FC.
The 18 teams will be divided into three groups, with matches starting every day at 9 am and will last until 00 pm, except on Sunday, November 20, the day of the final, which will be held from 40 pm at the Centro de Formation Major David Neto.
