Analita Santos' most recent fiction was published this month by the publisher Alfarroba

The book “The new assistants of Father Christmas”, written by Analita Santos, is presented next Saturday, December 4th, from 16 pm, at the Manuel Teixeira Gomes Municipal Library, in Portimão.

The work will be presented by the storyteller Márcia Gamito, as part of the “Histórias de Encantar” project, and will take place in the children's room of the Municipal Library of Portimão.

The most recent fiction by Analita Santos, published this month by the publisher Alfarroba, has illustrations by Alexandra Duque and talks about «the biggest dream of the Brilhante unicorn, which is to drive Santa Claus' sleigh so that Rodolfo and the other reindeers can, for end, rest», as can be read in the synopsis.

According to the summary of this book aimed at children and youth, «in the Grande Encantada Forest, where birthday cakes grow year after year, Brilhante almost gives up on its dream. But that's when the magic happens and Brilhante will live with her best friends an adventure like she never imagined, discovering that nothing is more important than the power of friendship and that we should never, but never give up on our desires».

Analita Alves dos Santos was born in Germany in 1974, living for a long time in the city of Portimão. In his words, «reading and writing have always been a passion and motivated the dream, nurtured from an early age, of writing books and sharing words with children and adults».

Márcia Gamito, the presenter of “Father Christmas's new helpers”, has a degree in Sociocultural Animation and assumes her “fascination for the children's world”, which led her “on the path of telling and reading stories, to promote reading and help children to be happy».
