Algarve has 81% of the population fully vaccinated against Covid-19, Alentejo with 88%

Nationally, 86% of the population has complete vaccination

The Algarve still has 81% of the population with the complete process of vaccination against Covid-19, while 83% took at least one dose of the vaccine, according to the report released this Tuesday, November 17, by the General Directorate of Health (DGS).

In the last week, 2.113 vaccines against Covid-19 were administered in the Algarve region.

In Alentejo, 88% of the population has been fully vaccinated and 89% took at least one dose, a region in which 1.229 vaccines were administered in the last eight days.

Nationally, 86% of the population has been fully vaccinated, while 87% has at least one dose.

In numbers, 9.053.901 citizens have already been vaccinated, with at least one dose, while 8.925.907 already have full vaccination.

 

 

The North region is, once again, the one with the highest percentage of people vaccinated, having 90% at least one dose and 88% with the process completed.

The Center registers 87% of the population with complete vaccination and 88% with at least one dose.

 

 

In Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, the percentage of the population with a dose is 86%, with the vaccination completed, it is 84%.

In the autonomous regions, Madeira has already vaccinated 85% of the population with the 1st dose and 84% of the inhabitants have completed the vaccination. In the Azores, 84% have at least one dose and the same percentage have completed vaccination.
