The Lagoa Humor Festival, the “Humorfest”, returns to the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, in October, with the exhibition of several shows in which «there will be no lack of reasons to laugh out loud». All shows are scheduled to start at 21:30 pm.
The “Humorfest 2021” starts this Saturday, October 2nd, with the show “Vou Ficar”, by Môce Dum Cabréste, that will present a show of humor that is its own life. Tickets can be purchased here.
“Vou Ficar” is the name of the second solo stand up comedy by Dário Guerreiro (Môce dum Cabréste). The little Algarvian reveals «the reason for not having left his mother's house, the consequences of this and a flurry of visceral and eschatological outbursts, in a humor show with traces of poorly prepared music, where society is confronted with itself in the situation that it gave to the young people of this generation” explains the municipality of Lagoa, noting that, jokingly, “we will do everything possible so that there is no nudity”.
On October 16th, the theater play “Boeing Boeing” takes to the stage, recounting the adventures of a modern-day Casanova.

The last day of the “Humorfest 2021” will be on the 24th of October, Sunday, with the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium receiving the “Monólogos da Vagina”, with Marta Andrino, Teresa Guilherme and Melânia Gomes, in a show “which has been a success wherever he has been, addressing themes that interest everyone», emphasizes the municipality of Lagoa.
«The “Vagina Monologues” are composed of several small texts, each one dealing with the female experience, addressing issues such as sex, prostitution, body image, love, rape, menstruation, female genital mutilation, masturbation, birth, orgasm, several common names for the vagina or simply as a physical part of the female body».
Every year, a new monologue is added to highlight a current issue affecting women around the world. These are fun, raw and real stories that reveal a little more of the disconcerting female universe. Tickets can now be acquired.
