The pier on the Ribeira de Alface, near Estoi (Faro), on Estrada Nacional (EN) 2, will be the target of rehabilitation and reinforcement works that will force alternate circulation in traffic from this Thursday, 26 August.
According to Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP), to "guarantee the best safety conditions for motorists and workers in the execution of the work, it will be necessary to restrict traffic, with the circulation taking place alternately in the crossing over the pontoon".
Traffic conditioning starts on the 26th of August and will last for approximately three months.
IP is grateful for the «better understanding of the possible inconveniences that this traffic constraint may cause, which is what is necessary to allow the good execution of the work to improve the quality and performance levels of the road infrastructure».
