Minister of Culture visits Roman Ruins of Milreu, Associação 289 and South Music festival

Graça Fonseca goes to Faro this wednesday, June 16th

The Minister of Culture, Graça Fonseca, will travel to Faro this Wednesday, June 16, to visit the Roman Ruins of Milreu and the 289 Association, as well as to participate in a conversation about the “South Music”.

Adriana Freire Nogueira, regional director of Culture in the Algarve, will accompany the minister on several visits.

The visit to the Roman Ruins of Milreu (Estoi), one of the Algarve monuments assigned to the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve, will take place at 14:00.

This is followed by a visit to the 289 Association, which will be attended by some of the artists with works on display.

Minister Graça Fonseca will also be present at the start of the second day of “South Music”, which will take place in the Vila Adentro area, in the Historic Center of Faro.

The visit ends with a conversation, at dusk, on the terrace of the headquarters of ALFA – Free Association of Algarve Photographers, and ArQuente – Associação Cultural, about the “South Music” project, with the presence of the jury and the project's ambassadors .
