Olhanense thrashes Moura, Aljustrelense has already dropped out of division

There are only two journeys to the end

Olhanense thrashed Moura 4-1, in a game of the 20th round of series H of the Portuguese Football Championship, played this Sunday, March 14. With the competition nearing its end, there are already two teams from Alentejo relegated : Moura and Aljustrelense. 

In this Sunday's match, played at Moura's ground, it was Olhanense who scored first, through João Oliveira, in the 6th minute.

The advantage was extended to 39′ by Juan Costa. Also in the first half, André Graf's goal allowed Moura to reduce (41′).

But, in the complementary stage, the Algarve stamped the final result with two more goals, scored by Coppola (64′) and João Oliveira (80′).

As for Aljustrelense, they received Louletano and, similarly, Moura, they also succumbed to an Algarvian team, losing 1-2. Aljustrel's gang has already mathematically descended to the districts.

In the remaining games, Moncarapachense drew 0-0 with Lusitano de Évora and Esperança de Lagos beat Pinhalnovense (2-1). Mário Duarte gave lacobrigense the advantage (29′), but Pedro equalized on 51′.

The draw was short-lived because Rafael Pinto (65′) gave the victory to Roberto Alberto's men.

In the classification, Vitória de Setúbal continues to lead with 46 points, six more than Amora, which has one game less.

Olhanense is 3rd, with 31 points, the same as Louletano, who occupies the 4th position. In 5th place, the last that gives access to the qualifying phase for the III League, there is another club from the Algarve: Moncarapachense, with 24 points.

It is followed by Esperança de Lagos, in 6th place, with 22 points, Lusitano de Évora (21 points) and Juventude de Évora (19 points).

In the relegation zone are Pinhalnovense (19 points), Mineiro Aljustrelense with 11 and Moura, who has not yet won, with 4 points.
