The Moto Clube de Albufeira will launch a book that tells "in detail" its history "from its beginnings to its present day". The revelation was made this Monday, February 22, the 30th anniversary of this motorcycle club.
The publication of the book “30 anos do Moto Clube de Albufeira”, explains the group, “with the aim of safeguarding the intangible heritage, which are the memories of the first three decades that constituted this community”.
The motorcycle club invites you to «take a trip with us through the beginnings of the first two-wheeled vehicles in Portugal, to discover who we are, the main events we organize, our competitive and solidary aspect, and the current ambitions and challenges for the future of the association'.
Through reading, the group guarantees, «there is a lot to discover about the Moto Clube de Albufeira, the second oldest in the Algarve and one of the most dynamic in Portugal. And now, the first to edit in this extensive and detailed way, his story in book format».
The book will be officially released after the end of the confinement, and the motorcycle club will promote initiatives throughout the year to mark the 30th anniversary.
