Vista Restaurante proposes a Michelin Christmas dinner at home

At the Bela Vista Hotel & Spa, an evening “laden with surprises” was also prepared.

Vista Restaurante prepared a Michelin Christmas Dinner «directly from the kitchen to your home». Chef João Oliveira and his team “prepared an exclusive gastronomic experience” thinking of all those who cannot go to the restaurant on Christmas Eve.

«Complying with all safety and protection standards, the menu is prepared for four people and for lovers of good sea flavors and the most tender meat», emphasizes the restaurant, which has renewed recently your Michelin star.

In the pack, there is lobster cream with prawn from the coast and citrus fruits, Pithivier codfish and turkey stuffed with chestnuts and fois gras.
To finish, Chef Carlos Fernandes prepared a set of traditional Portuguese Christmas sweets, French toast and rice pudding.

João Oliveira, chef in charge of Vista's kitchen, explains that «this was a way, thought by the entire team, to compensate all those who either couldn't make a reservation at our restaurant for this very special time or can't come to our facilities through the most varied reasons. It is the first time that we debut in home delivery food, who knows, it will be something to think about for the future».

The value of the menu is 180 euros and orders can be made until this Tuesday, December 22nd. Deliveries will take place in the Portimão and Monchique areas, on Christmas Eve, until 16 pm.

At the Bela Vista Hotel & Spa, an evening “laden with surprises” was also prepared.

The menu will be blue lobster, accompanied by organic vegetables and citrus sauce from the Algarve, followed by a roasted and grilled celery cream, with black winter truffle french toast.

There will also be cod on the table, followed by empty Alentejo veal matured with artichokes, winter onions and Mediterranean jus.

Finally, chef Carlos Fernandes will prepare a set of Christmas desserts, specially designed for the occasion.
