Odeceixe Surf School Algarve Portugal and Universidade Lusófona are once again promoting the 3rd Grade 1 Surf Coaches Course in Aljezur, starting at the beginning of next year, on a date to be confirmed.
After the success of conducting, in previous years, the Degree 1 Surf Coaches course in Aljezur, and according to the organization, there was a need to take another course, due to «the number of people who joined, as well as the quality and certification of the course through Universidade Lusófona».
Aljezur has been asserting itself as one of the favorite destinations for beginner and intermediate surfing in Portugal, so, explain the organizers, «we feel the need to accompany this development with specialized training in the area of surfing».
It is in this sense that this new edition of the Degree 1 Surf Coaches Training Course arises, through a partnership between Odeceixe Surf School and Universidade Lusófona, with the support of the Municipality of Aljezur.
«The objective is to give more quality, safety and prestige to those looking for the Algarve as a surfing destination», says David Rosa, responsible for the Odeceixe Surf School.
This surfing course is recognized by the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth. The training will be held at the
beginning of 2021, from Thursday to Saturday, after working hours.

After the curricular training period of each class, an internship will be carried out lasting between 6 to 12 months.

Thursday and Friday – After-work hours 19:00-22:00 – Saturdays (morning – afternoon) – Tuition fee €850
