TAP announced this Friday that it will join the regime of extraordinary support for the progressive resumption, between 1 and 30 September, which provides for a mechanism to reduce working hours for all workers.
“TAP will adhere, from the 1st to the 30th of September, to the extraordinary support regime for the progressive recovery, regulated under the terms of Decree-Law No. 46-A/2020 of 30th July. As everyone knows, this new regime provides for a mechanism to reduce working hours for all workers, with no provision for suspension of the employment contract", reads a message to employees, sent this Friday by the Board of Directors of the air carrier.
Employees will be informed individually about the modality that will be applied to them.
