Enrollments are now open, with limited places, for the 2020/2021 school year, at the Escola de Música da Banda Filarmónica de São Brás de Alportel-ACREMS, a non-profit association.
The School of Music has four qualified and experienced teachers, who teach transverse flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, bombardino, tuba, percussion and musical training.

Teaching is free for students up to 18 years of age and is practical, emphasizing the social component of learning music, focusing on musical practice together with people of various ages in the Philharmonic Band.
The Banda Filarmónica Music School performs a public service role in music education and has the exclusive support of the Municipality and Parish Council of São Brás de Alportel and the Ministry of Education, this through the pioneering project in the region “A Banda Go to school".
