The lifeguards who work on the beaches of the municipality of Lagos will test this Saturday, June 13th at Covid-19.
The tests will be carried out by technicians from the ABC – Algarve Biomedical Center, as was the case with teaching and non-teaching staff at schools in Lagos.
The objective of this action, an initiative of the Municipality of Lagos, «is to prevent possible outbreaks of contagion».
The idea is also “to ensure that those who have the important mission of saving lives on the beaches have all the conditions to provide this function to bathers in this bathing season, experienced in the context of a pandemic”.
