Euthanasia will be the topic that will be debated at a round table organized by the Vigararia de Tavira, which will take place on March 14, at 21 pm, at the Church of Santiago, in this city in the eastern part of the city.
The initiative will include the participation of Miguel Oliveira da Silva, professor of Medical Ethics at the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon, José Gonçalves, lawyer, and Fernando Rafael Rocha, parish priest of Luz de Tavira, Santo Estevão and Conceição de Tavira. The moderation will be in charge of the family doctor Luciana Gomes Henriques.
“The debate is open to all and will seek to clarify the participants on this topic, which recently received the approval of the deputies of the Assembly of the Republic and is waiting to be regulated before its application begins”, according to Vigararia de Tavira.
