Farense beats Oliveirense and doesn't let the national leader escape

Farense remains second and has extended the advantage over 3rd place

Farense beat Oliveirense 3-1, in game counting for matchday 21 of the II League played at the São Luís Stadium, in Faro, and reset the distance of two points to the leader of the championship, Nacional.

The Algarvians took the lead in the 21st minute, by Luis Rocha.

In the very next minute, at 22, the visitors, through Filipe Gonçalves, restored equality.

 

 

The game would go to halftime tied, but the result would still move.

In the 59th minute, the Algarvians again shot the count, this time by Fabrício Simões, who made it 2-1.

In added time, Farense made it 3-1, through Irobiso, and sealed the final result.

With this victory, Farense now has 41 points and maintains two of a difference to Nacional, who also won. On the other hand, it increased the distance to the 3rd ranked, CD Mafra, who tied and has 36 points.
