Acting, Rock in Stock, Fernando Daniel, Dança Balança and a fireworks show will liven up the four days of celebration with which Portimão will say goodbye to 2019 and enter 2020. The program starts on the 28th and only ends at dawn on January, 1st.
The party starts on December 28th with the sound of Agir, in the riverside area of Portimão, next to Repsol, from 22 pm.
In the same place and at the same time, on December 29, Rock em Stock revisits the great themes of Portuguese rock, in a tribute organized by the local bar Marginália, while, on December 30, the party continues with the performance of Fernando Daniel.
On December 31st, the farewell to 2019 is made to the sound of the rhythms of Brazilian music with Dança Balança and Dj Olga Ryazanova,
that will animate this zone until 3:00. Access is free every day.
Also on the 31st of December, from 22 pm, there will be musical entertainment in the riverside area of Alvor under the responsibility of Dj Sam and, when the strokes of midnight, the skies will be lit from Praia da Rocha, as well as at riverside area of Portimão and riverside area of Alvor by the usual fireworks.
The end-of-year program in Portimão is jointly organized by the Portimão City Council, Portimão Parish Council and the Council of
Parish of Alvor.
