Award-winning illustrator Tiago da Silva will be at ETIC_Algarve, in Faro, to participate in the first session of “Conversas com Lábia” of this school year, on November 5th, next Tuesday, at 18:00.
Tiago da Silva will present the universe of “Legend of Adora” and the international crowdfunding campaign that will finance the production of the first volume of this original comic book series.
«Tiago da Silva is a renowned illustrator freelancer, with extensive work developed in the editorial, advertising, videogames and comics areas. Born in Portimão, he has already been a Digital Painting trainer at ETIC_Algarve, he is the winner of several national and international awards. His works are present in several publications such as the covers of the Harry Potter saga for the Hispanic world», framed the Algarve's School of Technologies, Innovation and Creation.
The comic book “Legend of Adora” is the first project of its kind developed by the Algarve illustrator and “represents the culmination of a creation process with more than five years”.
«Starting from a first casual illustration, Tiago da Silva imagined and conceived a whole magical universe that interconnects with our reality through small artefacts. In this first volume, we will meet some of the main characters in the story and their entry into the world of Adora», revealed ETIC_Algarve.
In the meantime, the guest will talk about his path and portfolio, creative method and work process, «in a session oriented towards dialogue with the public and the exchange of impressions and knowledge».
