The municipality of Lagos promotes, between 10 and 12 October, a new edition of Lagos Start on to Start Up - meeting of entrepreneurship that brings together entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, young people and stakeholders and that seeks to explore the various potentials that entrepreneurship can bring to the municipality and the region.
During the three days of the initiative, it will be possible to see the best ways to undertake and innovate in the various economic sectors, with an emphasis on tourism, explore the relationship between universities, schools and companies and also understand how to raise start-up capital for business ideas.
The event brings together schools, universities, businessmen, entrepreneurs and public institutions that will share projects and experiences. In addition to school visits to companies and various moments of debate – which take the models of conferences and roundtables –, the initiative also bets on moments of motivational sharing and the presentation of entrepreneurial ideas to potential partners/investors.
With this second edition, the Municipality of Lagos intends to continue to stimulate entrepreneurship and business activity, in order to bring out a true critical business and entrepreneurial mass in the municipality.
The event's strategic objective is «to enhance and enhance the municipality of Lagos as a “friendly” territory for entrepreneurs».
