A discussion between two people, each accompanied by a dog, this Friday morning, September 20, at Praia de Faro, ended badly. A man, who was going to pass by and had nothing to do with the case, was bitten by one of these large dogs, having been transported to the Hospital of Faro.
Source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro told the Sul Informação that the discussion was 'generating great confusion'.
The victim, who was transported to the Hospital of Faro, had 'light injuries'.
The same source could not specify the breed of dog.
It is certain that, at the site, there were elements of the Service for the Protection of Nature and the Environment (SEPNA) of the GNR to take the animal.
This occurrence mobilized 12 operatives, also from INEM, GNR and Maritime Police.
