Algarvian Maths explaining app will be promoted in all schools in the country

Project Milage Aprender is coordinated by Mauro Figueiredo, professor at the Superior Institute of Engineering of the University of Algarve

The Ministry of Education appointed a teacher to promote the use of the Milage Aprender platform, who serves as a Mathematics tutor and was developed at the University of Algarve (UAlg), in every school in the country.

The chosen one was Ana Paula Natal, Mathematics teacher of Basic and Secondary Education at Cidadela Elementary and Secondary School, in Cascais.

She holds a PhD in Educational Sciences – Education, Society and Development, from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT-UNL) in association with FCSH/UNL and ISPA (2016). She also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA), Education Administration, from the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (2011), and a degree in Mathematics Teaching from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (1987).

The Milage Aprender project is coordinated by Mauro Figueiredo, professor at the Superior Institute of Engineering of the University of Algarve, responsible for the development of this platform, patented in the USA, which allows the development of innovative learning environments for any discipline from the 1st to the 12th year so that o all students are more motivated and develop XNUMXst century skills.
