A 43-year-old man suspected of having sexually abused two girls, aged 8 and 11, in Lagos since 2017, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department of Portimão of the Judiciary Police.
According to the PJ, the man had "relations of close family and neighborhood" with the victims and the crimes "took place inside the aggressor's own house, when he was alone with each of the children."
The detainee, a construction worker, will be present at the first judicial interrogation for the application of coercive measures.
