Initiative counts on the presence of several experts on the subject

“Long live the heritage!” is the name of the next session of the Museum Conversations that will take place next Monday, July 29th, at 21 pm, at Largo do Carolas, in the heart of the historic center of Olhão.

The initiative has the presence of several experts on the subject, namely university professors Paula André (University Institute of Lisbon), Miguel Reimão Costa (University of Algarve) and Paulo Simões Rodrigues (University of Évora).

To present their vision on the subject, Maria Novais and Carlota Pereira, two finalist students of the Master of Architecture at the University Institute of Lisbon, will also be present.

In the words of Paula André, «in a time of “pasteurization” of cities, the session “Long live heritage!” intends to instigate the right to practice the space of the city and the participative safeguard in a commitment to the future, taking a look through the lives and forms of Olhão, sharing knowledge, sharing doubts and inviting everyone to unveil singularities and reveal identities».
