On the 5th (Friday), at 21 pm, the arena, installed in the Marina de Albufeira, becomes a great stage to host the show by the Equestrian Center of Lezíria Grande with master Luís Valença, one of the greatest ambassadors of the Horse Lusitano in Europe. It is an Equestrian Gala, made up of several numbers presented in the last 00 years as part of the famous European show “Apassionata”, of which Team Valença has been a part since its foundation. The 17th century Horse Riding, which has the Lusitano Horse as the protagonist, is the highlight of this presentation.
The show will feature a total of 15 horses and 16 participants, including riders, opera singer, fado singer accompanied by guitar and viola and dancers.

On the second day, July 6th, the event opens at 9:30 am, with the presentation of the 1st Dressage Cup Cidade de Albufeira. The event includes two tests: Preliminary Test (P2) and Elementary Test (E2). Knights of all levels can participate (beginners, juniors and seniors), and the Cup will be awarded to the participants who obtain the best percentage of each level.
On the same day, at 21 pm, the “Equestrian Feeling” initiative of the Lusitanus Miranda Arte Equestre school takes place, a show that has represented Equestrian Art and the Algarve in various events of the sport throughout the country.
Also recently, the show was part of the programming of “Oeste Lusitano 2019” and “Santiagro 2019” – 32nd Agricultural and Horse Fair, and are already considered one of the biggest representatives of the Algarve in equestrian shows.
The initiative has the special participation of Filipa Sousa, the singer from Albufeires who won the Festival da Canção in 2012 and Portugal's representative at the Eurovision Festival that same year. Before the show, a Paradressage demonstration is planned with the national champion of Adapted Riding Pedro Félix.
On the 7th, the last day of the event, from 9:30 am, the 1st Cidade de Albufeira Obstacles Cup will take place, which includes the following events: Crosses Competition – Table A without chronometer, 60 cm competition, 80 cm competition and proof at 1 m – Table A with stopwatch. Knights of all levels can participate, with the exception of the Crosses Test, which is exclusively for beginners.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 14:00, and the Cup will be awarded to the best rider in each level.

Still on the 7th, but at 18 pm, there will be a demonstration of Working Equitation by the riders Manuel Alves and Rodrigo Mauricio, who compete at national level in that discipline.
The two Riding Schools in the municipality of Albufeira will also pass through the fairgrounds, namely Lusitanos Albufeira and Bruno Cavalinhos – Picadeiro Fernando Oliveira, who will make the public aware of the work they have been developing, through various demonstrations, either by students or teachers.
During periods when there are no shows, tests or demonstrations taking place, the track is open to equestrian baptisms and touring, for that purpose, you just have to go to the place.
On the 6th of July, RTP 1 will be broadcasting live, from the Fair grounds, for the program “Aqui Portugal”, in the morning, from 11:00 am to 13:00 pm, and in the afternoon, between 14:00 pm and at 20:00.
