Farense is closer to maintenance with victory in Mafra

Farense beat Mafra by 0-1, in a game of the 33rd round of the II Liga, played this Sunday, May 12th. With the victory, the Algarve, who had not won away from home since December last year, took an important step towards maintenance.

After a balanced first, Farense took the lead in the complementary stage.

Irobiso made a first shot, which went to the crossbar, but the ball fell to Nuno Borges. The midfielder of the Algarvian team shot from outside the area and scored the 0-1, when 47 minutes were played.

With the advantage on the scoreboard, Farense tried to close the path of goal and the truth is that they managed to hold on to 0-1.
