The Vila do Bispo Chamber opened a tender for the attribution of four social housing houses, two in the county seat, another in Salema and a fourth in Sagres.
The houses will be allocated on a supported lease basis and interested parties can apply until the 16th of May, at the Municipal Development Division, located in the Cultural Center of Vila do Bispo.
Two of the houses are located in Sítio das Eiras, in Vila do Bispo. The two T1 of lot 10 of this urbanization (1st and 2nd right) both have an area of 57,24 square meters.
In Salema, parish of Budens, a T2 with an area of 83,05 m2 is up for tender in the Encosta do Sol district (nº 47).
In Sagres, there is also a T2, in this case with 79 m2, located on Rua José Luís.
Interested parties can consult the regulations and obtain clarifications at the Municipal Development Division, between 9:00 am and 15:30 pm.
To formalize the application, it is necessary to submit the form provided by the services, duly completed, accompanied by the documents mentioned in paragraph 3 of article 13 of the Regulation and the Declaration of Commitment of all access requirements.
