The 34th Festival of Civis Bands Cidade de Tavira takes place on the 23rd of March, from 11:00 am.
At this time, a row of different bands begins through the streets of the city towards Praça da República. In the afternoon, at 15 pm, the Mercado da Ribeira hosts concerts by the three musical groups.
In its 34th edition, the event has the participation of two invited civil bands: Sociedade Filarmónica Municipal Redondense and Banda Filarmónica do Crato.
The initiative is, once again, organized by the Sociedade da Banda Musical de Tavira.
