Honey and medronho brandy, but also traditional sweets, handmade soap, basketry and other crafts, snacks and drinks and lots of popular music, with an emphasis on folklore. This is the summary of the first edition of the Aguardente e Mel Fair, which took place this Saturday, at the renovated Polidesportivo da Cortelha, in the municipality of Loulé.
The initiative, which aimed to “make known two treasures of the Serra do Caldeirão”, was promoted by the Association of Friends of Cortelha, with the support of the Municipality of Loulé and the Parish Council of Salir.
