Luigi Agnolin, president of the SAD of Olhanense, died this Saturday morning, September 29, in Italy, victim of a prolonged illness.

The former international referee, who was 75 years old, was, since 2016, the leader of the SAD of the emblem of Olhão. During the years he was at Olhanense, Agnolin and Isidoro Sousa, president of the club, did not have an easy relationship.

In April 2017, Isidoro, in an interview with Sul Informação, guaranteed that he had new investors for Olhanense, but Agnolin responded, saying he would not leave.

The SAD of the Olhão club has already gone public to mourn the death of its former leader. «In this moment of consternation, on behalf of all SAD employees, ogadors, the technical team and all the people from Olho, we express our feelings of regret and we offer our condolences to the family», reads a note published in the Facebook.
