Members of the Union of Public Administration Workers (SINTAP) met with the mayor of Olhão to review the status of the process of regularizing precarious ties and unfreezing the careers of workers in the municipality and municipal companies in Olhão.
According to the Chamber of Olhão, António Pina received union members João Barnabé and Victor Santos «with the aim of monitoring the processes of regularization of precarious bonds, unfreezing of careers and situations of workers in inter-category and inter-career mobility».
The participants at the meeting discussed "the creation of better working conditions and the improvement of the service provided to the population, either by the City Council or by municipal companies, Ambiolhão and Fesnima".
"The meeting also served to start the process leading to the signing of agreements for public employers, in the case of the autarchy, and companies, in the case of the municipal business sector," added the Chamber of Olhão.
