The Algarve Livre de Petróleo Platform (PALP) releases today, Portugal, a video in which actor Luís Vicente gives the «Speech to the Country that a Wise President should make».
"Otherwise, you risk going to the moon!", stresses the PALP, which recalls the words of the President of the Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on July 16, 2016 and the March 18, 2017, in the Algarve: "it is more likely to go to the moon than there will ever be oil exploration in the region".
