The Municipality of Olhão will award Lot No. 3 of the Porto de Recreio to Cenparque Imobiliária, for 5 million euros. The opening ceremony of the tenders for the public tender took place today, June 1, in Paços do Município, at a time considered as "another step towards the modernization and requalification of the Olhão Riverfront" by António Pina, mayor.
According to the Chamber of Olhão, after the proposals were opened, and "once all documentation was verified to be in conformity, the commission decided to formalize the award to Cenparque Imobiliária, Lda., which presented, in accordance with the terms of the public tender, a 5 million euro proposal'.
This lot, located next to the Real Marina Hotel & Spa, has an implantation of 6000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 17500 square meters.
The deed will be signed by the end of 2019, says the autarchy.
