Street food is the theme of another edition of the Algarve Chefs Week, which takes place this year from the 28th of May to the 3rd of June.

14 chefs executives from luxury hotels in the Algarve are back together to create menus inspired by Street Food and typical products of the region, with the presentation event of the Algarve Chefs Week to be held on the 26th of May, at the Mercado de Loulé.

It all starts on that day, at 19 pm, with the launch event of Algarve Chefs Week, in which the 00 winners of the talent competition will have the opportunity to see their dishes interpreted by the chefs.

Entry to Loulé Market is free, but tasting the dishes involves purchasing a ticket with a value of 10 euros, which can be purchased on the spot and gives access to a tasting of four snacks and two desserts.

In an evening that is intended to be a tribute to the gastronomy and traditions of the region, visitors will have the opportunity to get to know each Head at a stand in the Market itself and even tasting wines and local products, in an event where entertainment will not be lacking with the sound of some DJs.

As last year, the 14 participating hotel units are: Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort, Conrad Algarve, Dona Filipa Hotel, Hilton Vilamoura, Macdonald Monchique Resort & Spa, NAU Salgados Dunas Suites, NAU Salgados Palace, Praia Verde Boutique Hotel, The Lake Spa Resort, Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, Anatara Vilamoura Resort, VidaMar Resort Hotel Algarve, Monte Santo Resort and Vila Monte Farm House.
