A seminar on Labor Law will take place on the 3rd of May, at 9:00 am, in the auditorium of NERA – Business Association of the Algarve Region, in Loulé.
The objective of the initiative is to clarify which labor changes are to be considered and propose solutions for the different challenges that arise.
The fact is that labor legislation has been «subject to successive changes and other updates are underway, with a strong impact on labor relations and organizational structures», says NERA.
The initiative is organized by NERA, in partnership with Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados.
What has changed? What are the new deadlines? What should companies do? What new rights have been enshrined for workers? How can they be exercised? These are some of the questions that will try to be answered.
This seminar is aimed at all those responsible for human resources, administrators, general directors and other interested parties.
